5 min to the Beach Holiday Shared Apartment - private ROOM in 3 bdr Apt

It was specious, cool with ac, enough towels and all the amenities were good, thanks once again

a little bit too far from the city center, but it is acceptable (you cannot change the location, I know)

The location of the property was the best part as it is a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Nicely located apartment, near the 2 nicest beaches in Larnaca and a short pleasant stroll from downtown. The apartment is just as good as the pictures suggest. Very big and comfortable, beds are great, nice living room and the kitchen has the basic necessities. Communication was spot on and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It's a great apartment for a family or group of friends to share. Not far from all the action (Beach, bars, etc), but also has a bit of a local flavour.

A clean well maintained modern flat very close to the sea and airport!

The external look of the building is in no way a reflection of the apartment, in both modern style and cleanliness.

The outside looked like un abandoned at least the elevator was decent

Great location, spacious room and the whole apartment. 5 min walk to the nice and calm beach, not far away from the famous Mackenzie Beach, 15 minutes walk to the city centre and quite nice neighbourhood.

Internet didn't work almost at all, so if you need to work online, get yourself enough data from your provider. Netflix didn't exist while I was there, we only managed to activate some Arabic tv stations. Bathroom, especially the trash bin with toilet paper should be cleaned more often.

Very nice flat, clean and comfortable, 10 minutes of enjoyable walk to the city center. It is in a quiet and safe part of town. We had a very good sleep, the bed is great, sheets are clean. There are two toilets so sharing is not a big deal. The bathroom is nice and clean, the kitchen is spacy and well equipped, the laundry machine works well, and the real joy is the balcony, spacious and relaxing place, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. Overall, this place is an excellent choice.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable It has everything you need, the owner even gives you and adapter for the cable which was a great idea since i forgot one! The location is great, very close to the beach and the Valia restaurant which i recommende very much. And balcony is nice and big.

As a woman traveling alone it was a little stressful not to know who is going to stay with me at the apartment, even knowing my room locks, I still have to go out to the bathroom and kitchen, the second night a man was staying in the room next to me and he spoke very loudly on the phone until around 2 in the morning, it was a.very stressful situation for me. The last night I was so stress that I went to the hotel across the street. I did contact the owner about this issue before I left, but his answer was not satisfactory for me. If you are a solo traveler maybe this place is not the best to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Self check in was very smooth, and it's easy to find the building. My room was perfect for me with all the conditions to work. Location is good, close to the beach and not that far from the city center (about 20-30 min walk). The common area of kitchen and living room is very spacious, there is AC in all the rooms. Eduard, the host, is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment, will stay here again next time I'm in Cyprus.

The doors of the rooms are a bit noisy when closing and opening those, and maybe I would pay attention to the cleaning of the bath itself everyday as it's a shared one, however I didn't have that much of issue with that.
