5 min to the Beach Holiday Shared Apartment - private ROOM in 3 bdr Apt

Excellent location near the beach and some good restaurants in Larnaka. Washing machine and full kitchen. Hosts are very quick to respond to questions and seem very nice. They are polite and communicate well.

Host(s?) are very responsive but ultimately not very helpful if there is an issue. The listing on booking and the welcome email mention contact the host about early check-in/late checkout, but when we asked to check in early (2pm instead of 4pm since we were coming from the airport and a long day of travel that started at 1am) we were just told that check-in is at 4, no exceptions. We then asked to drop our bags and we’re given some nonsense about that not being possible for insurance purposes. Another guest there had a similar story about requesting a late checkout. There was also an issue that when we checked in one of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the other was nearly out. One other guest was in the flat and had been for a couple days, and a couple came in after us so the rolls had clearly not been replenished before we got there. On the second day the TP was out when we came back from the day and I asked if there was a stash somewhere. An immediate reply said it was in the closet, but all that was there was a wrapper. Ultimately it was decided I should go to the store and buy some and be reimbursed, which is what happened, and they did process the reimbursement quickly. But they insisted the cleaners had been in the day we checked in but according to the guest who had been there for several days, the TP hadn’t been refreshed since she checked in 3 days before, and the toilet bin hadn’t been emptied even though cleaners had been in the apartment. Again, hosts are very responsive but not actually around, so not sure things go as they expect..

The accomodation is very beautiful and close to the sea and also close to the center and salt lake. The quartermaster was kind and helpful every time we needed it, for example to help us find how to go to the airport.

Only one think, that our roommates was a little bit messy, so there was still dirty dishes and toilet. But it depends who live with you there.

The room itself was superb (I had the larger double room), I'd definitely give it a10! A/C was amazing and great internet connection as well! The living room was also good, and the balcony was nice for drinking morning coffee. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Some of the common facilities (washing machine, shower, bathroom sinks, stovetop, fridge, elevator) could use some renovation. I specifically had an issue with the washing machine, and although the landlord was very responsive, it still didn't work out satisfactorily in the end.

Everything was really nice. 15min to walk to go to the center.

I couldn't even reach the room at the 4th floor , since the elevator was out of service. The magnet-key, was unable to make it work. So, i had to look for the nearest hotel where I stayed 3 nights.
