The owner of the place was arrogant and inconsiderate. Accused us of stealing a remote control of a tvless apartment. She has not returned my so called deposit. Horrible experience.

The attitude of the owner...we were denied access to the place only got to the apartment around 5 Am and were demanded to leave at 9 am in the morning. No tv and misleading pictures.

I'm extremely disappointed with the host, who refused to refund my R1000 security fee. Apparently, booking.com gave me an unannounced 15% genius discount, which they're using as an excuse.

The view was great the whole environment infact

They didn't update the Price on booking.com and one day before our check in they called and told Me that I have to pay R475 more
