Whale Rock, Modern Beachfront Apartment

The couches in lounge was comfortable but one of the legs gave way when my relative of 45 kilos sat on it. Clearly this was wear and tear. There were six adults surely we are not going to jump on the couch. This was brough to the attention of the management on the Saturday morning when the couches were used. We arrived at the place late on Friday night and never used the couches, we relaxed on the balcony the entire night before going to bed.

Enjoyed the home, really great bed. Super convenient

The property smelled horrible. Pots were dirty when we got there yet we were charged R150 for living them unwashed. Checkout is 9am-10am. Though at 9am we had a lady telling us we must leave. Nothing is clear, j also blame booking.com next time please put breakage fee on top as well so a person can decide there and there if they want the property or not, this thing of being asked for breakage fee when it's time to get keys is really not on. I felt scammed the accommodation was really disappointing Nothing feels clean yet you pay R450 for cleaning services plus R150 if you left pots un washed. I only stay for 1 night but really didn't feel at home

The 1000 rand deposit and threaths about penalty in information and while corresponding with host. The focus on that makes for an uncomfortable and stressful stay. On top that the wifi and tv did not work. It is also false marketing to say the aparment has sea view. There is a lot of info in the flat about rules including demand to wash pots and pans othetwise there will be a penalty. On the other hand there is no information about where to find the pool.
