Even though we were informed about the tv( decoder). We were frustrated we could not download dstvnw to use our own login details for watching tv Rugby Final as South Africans.Carrying a decoder these days is outdated.

Trisha, the lady I was in contact with throughout the booking process is very unprofessional; firstly she gave me an incorrect code and we had to wait for two hours at the gate to gain access to the building and her explanation is that her child was playing with the phone while we were stressed waiting as a result we had to find help from other people to enter. Now she is failing to explain what the cleaning fee of R650 is for since she is saying we were supposed to wash sheets and bathroom mats as guests. Thirdly, she called me and she was very rude on the phone because I want my refund for the breakage fee; she only shifts the blame if I ask her questions. Trisha is rude and I wonder if Booking.com does this to all of their guests. I want my R1000 refund and also an explanation if all of the guests at Whale Rock are required to wash sheets and mats. She is telling Mr about rules she failed to explain from the beginning; she has never called before the weekend but now she calls me because she is making up stories to avoid refunding the breakage fee.
