Property Notes

All apartments are fitted with Air Conditioning in the bedrooms, however this comes at a small extra surcharge which can be paid directly at check in. We have now installed full solar system for all our electrical systems, giving our guests total comfort during the summer months enjoying the air-conditioning during the day time without extra cost. This in in line with going green. Only guests with valid passport / ID that are listed in the booking confirmation will be allowed into the property. Unauthorised guests are not permitted into the property for the comfort , safety and security of our other guests. The Pilates fitness centre is open daily from monday to saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect stay in Mombasa. Home away from home !"

This was the best location i could have booked. I woke up to the sea view and the hosts were amazing! Ryan and silas took good care of all my needs, the location was very easy to locate and secure as well. Breakfast is served on request and delicious too. The cute dogs on the property made my stay even better. Its an amazing place to book overall, definitely worth the money .

Nothing, the apartment was fully furnished.

The apartment has a very good location and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, K D was extremely helpful throughout and accomondated all my requests. I was upgrated to a room that has the ocean view, it was a very lovely stay. I would definitely come back.

Sehr schöne kleine Anlage um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Freundliches Personal. Durch die Nähe zum Strand gab es immer etwas Wind was sehr angenehm bei der Hitze war. Das essen ist lecker. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Ich hatte einen erholsamen Schlaf.

Enjoyed staying at English Point Residence. The rooms were clean and spacious with lovely views. The staff were very welcoming and accommodated us and our son. The owner, KD was welcoming and shared tips on places to visit that made our trip.
