The room is clean and well maintained, And the kitchen is equipped with what we just needed, its just better if there are two stoves working, though we use the microwave instead to heat up our food. Even thou we have some hicupps during this trip as my child got stung by jelly fish, the life guard was attentive and the staffs are well trained, we then sent at the clinic and given first aid.

Basically the entrance fee is too expensive

Hi, we would like to report several issues in the unit. The lights are flickering and almost shutting down, the toilet near the kitchen is not functioning properly, the flush does not work, and the shower is leaking. We reported these problems on our first night and were told that a plumber and electrician would come, but today is already our third day and no one has arrived. The unit is also quite old, with broken chairs and a damaged sofa. We hope these issues can be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Our stay at Pico de Loro was elevated by the exceptional staff. From the very start, our caretaker, Ms. Olive, was incredibly approachable and responsive. Every member of the staff was friendly and courteous, and their efforts were truly appreciated. When we thanked them for their service, their genuine gratitude meant a lot to us. The whole experience was wonderful, but the respectful and kind treatment we received from everyone was the highlight. I hope their hard work and kindness are always met with appreciation.

Although the price may be on the higher side, it's a small trade-off for the tranquility you'll find there. We were concerned about the jellyfish warning at the beach, but fortunately, we didn't encounter any problems.

It was easy and Olive, the caretaker, was easy to deal with.
