Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Two-Bedroom Apartment Unit 6, Two-Bedroom Apartment Unit 13, Two-Bedroom Apartment Unit 14, Two-Bedroom Apartment Unit 16, Two-Bedroom Apartment Unit 17 have WIFI connection.
