The Garden Apartment has 1 parking space located at the rear of the property and can only accommodate small/medium vehicles due to the narrow space. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park nearby for an extra charge. Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2) All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorizing the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being canceled.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A lovely dog friendly stay at The Garden Apartment"

If your looking for a dog friendly place to stay in Newquay, I can certainly recommend The Garden Apartment. This was our first visit to Newquay and we found it to be very dog friendly. Great Western Beach and Towan beach are both on your doorstep. We had a lovely meal at the Red Lion pub which we can also recommend.

Location, cleanliness

Parking was really tight. I did manage but the shrubs and trees caused some scratches on my rental. At least the overgrowth of the branches should be cleared for parking entry.

"Fab location, huge apartment with partial sea views and free parking"

Beautiful apartment with unexpected partial sea view. Plenty of space, beds and bedding were luxurious. Literally had everything needed and the location was amazing. Will not consider staying anywhere else when we visit again having found this place. Bonus parking space just added to a great stay and the communication from the service company was fab.
