The Garden Apartment has 1 parking space located at the rear of the property and can only accommodate small/medium vehicles due to the narrow space. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park nearby for an extra charge. Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2) All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorizing the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being canceled.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

Well decorated and clean apartment, included all amenities needed. Friendly owners with great comms and on hand to help. Situated on a quiet street, 5 min walk from the seafront. Very comfy bed!

Unfortunately it was impossible to park our midsize car (Audi A3) in the the allocated parking bay with a car already in the car park (very tight), used the nearby pay and display, but this was only 5 min away and felt safe enough.

We loved the location of The Garden Apartment in the centre of Newquay close to all shops and local amenities. Thea apartment was really nice inside and fully equipped for a self catering stay. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

"Good basic accommodation for a family of two adults and two small children."

Very good location. Clean and tidy with everything you need.

Nothing really. Oven and hob were a bit slow. Oven was noisy. But maybe we are just being picky! It all worked fine.

We had a lovely stay at The Garden Apartment in Newquay. Stunning apartment with a beautiful bathroom and newly fitted kitchen. It also had parking which was a real bonus. Location was perfect with the beaches a few minutes’ walk and the shops on your door step. Would definitely stay here again.
