The Garden Apartment has 1 parking space located at the rear of the property and can only accommodate small/medium vehicles due to the narrow space. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park nearby for an extra charge. Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2) All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorizing the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being canceled.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good space indoors, no parking and definitely not a garden!"

Easy to get to shops, high street and a few nearby albeit very small beaches Rooms are spacious Kitchen and living room is well kept, facilities available as expected Communication was good when prompted

Location for parking space is ridiculous, unless you arrive in a mini you're going to struggle to park and/or get out. Esp if there's another car there, you won't be able to park. The apartment had a leak in the main bedroom which we only found out after I contacted the owner about constant stomping noise in the flat upstairs at which point he said it was due to people investigating a leak. Would have been nice to have been told about it before or as we arrived! Next door is a construction site and ridiculously noisy and many trucks and cars park blocking the apartment drive in. The garden is non existent (see pics) Don't use the washing machine as the dryer doesn't dry and the flat is too damp to let anything air dry (we stayed for 5 days) Overall would expect the owner to have communicated the surroundings and real state of the 'garden' and parking in order for us to make an informed booking.
