Duomo Luxury Apartment Orvieto

Everything about the property was just perfect. The location right in the middle of the square. The decor, which was modern but in keeping with the building itself and the checkin and communication with the owners. Nothing I could fault at all. Just wish we had longer there.

No AC. There were 2 fans, but would have been nice to have one more (one for each bedroom)

Charming, spacious, and very cosy apartment with many art pieces and incredible view out to the Duomo. Very comfortable bedrooms, large main bathroom, great cooking amenity. Spotlessly clean. Hosts were very friendly, we had an excellent time.

Beautifully renovated apartment right in the Piazza overlooking the duomo. From the train there is a furnicular up the hill to Orvieto and then a shuttle.bus from the furnicular to the Piazza. It was lovely looking out at the view and enjoying an afternoon vino watching the world go by. We were greeted by Allessandro at the apartment and Davide was great and helpful with communication prior to our arrival. One flight of stairs up into the apartment and another to the second floor bedrooms. This was fine for us but may be a challenge for some. The house had most things we needed including soap and some tea bags which was appreciated. There is a small supermarket five min walk with staples for a short stay and many restaurants nearbye.

We liked everything about the apartment and have no negatives but to help other short term guests It would have been great for our short stay to have had a couple of staples like olive oil,, dishwashing tablets etc as we didn't really want to buy large bottles etc to cook once. Also I would suggest taking away the PS3 from the apartment to avoid kids getting excited as they were looking everywhere for controllers and games when they saw the console.

The location was unbeatable with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The historic apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and staff were very friendly.

The door to the actual apartment was a bit tricky as the lock was hard to unlock. In addition, it would be helpful to list how many stairs it is to get into the apartment and then the stairs up to the bedrooms. It was a bit challenging for my 81 year old parents.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy, owner Davide is super friendly and responsive, it is such a wonderful stay, grazie mille Davide!
