Hosts Dolores and her son David were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions. The apartment was extremely well equipped. They even provided fruit and drinks on arrival.

We really enjoyed meeting Dolores and her son David. They were so friendly and provided great information on restaurant suggestions, and things to do around Opatjia. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was very convenient for walking to town and appreciated there was parking for our car. Loved the outdoor area to enjoy morning coffee. And, appreciated having a washing machine available.

Lovely accommodation an 8 minute walk up from the centre of Opatija. Dolores and David are exceptional hosts: very friendly, happy to impart all sorts of local information, very helpful. In fact it made our stay. It's such a pleasure to be hosted by local people who have lived there all their lives.

Great location, free parking space, nice terrace, comfortable bed, additional equipment in the apartment, short walk to the beach and the Summer Stage, friendly owner.

Dolores is an exceptional host. When we arrived there were fresh fruits, coffee and water, beer and milk in the refrigerator. It is not far to the City Center and beach. I will really recommend this place!

Had a lot of small details in the house (coffee, sugar, honey, beer, bottle of water, bathroom amenities). Kind hosts. Comfy bed. Many towels. Cool inside the apartment even with the air conditioning turned off in the peak of the summer. Quiet even though close to main road. Not far from Opatija town centre.
