Apartment Dolores

Excellent communication with hosts. Perfect little apartment with full kitchen, seating area, private terrace, comfortable bed and bathroom (even a washing machine). I’ve been travelling a while and it felt like being home for a bit. Wifi is great and there were some welcoming drinks and fruit.

such a quaint little house and the apartment is so cozy feels like home. the apartment is so much better in person, kitchen is well equipped and Dolores even stocked up some fruit, milk and coffee for our 2 night stay. the bathroom had a variety of toiletries, even feminine products. She came to greet us personally and she’s adorable. There is private parking which is amazing to explore Opatija by foot since parking seems to be difficult in town. It’s a short walk down to a small pebble beach and about 10-15 minutes to some seaside restaurants. it was great im glad I booked it!

Location not that far from the center. It was clean and everything was provided. Dishsoap, sponge, all the dishes needed, blanket, air conditioning for heating. Also unlimited hot water. Parking space, even for the last day. Really nice apartmant and owner also.

One of the greatest accommodations we have ever visited with one of the nicest host. Tasteful, sterile-clean, cosy, well-equipped, air-conditioned, with its own parking space and within 5-10min walking distance from Lungomare, nearest shop and Opatija center. And as a bonus from the hostess, already awaiting for you: fruits, wine, beers, water, coffee. Wishing we will visit Dolores again!

Actual host is Dolores and she's amazing old lady, very friendly and looks out for every detail in the apartment. Apartment looks better in person than on pictures, also there's so many details such as fruits, drinks and basic hygiene products in the apartment. Location is pretty good, off the main street and just 5 minutes walking down to the main street of Opatija. Parking is provided just next to the apartment and it's a spacious one.

Bathroom is kinda small, so it could be problematic for some people.
