За этот вид можно много простить. 5этаж. Парковка рядом, прям перед окном. Не далеко от набережной, можно пройтись. Рядом есть супермаркеты. Приятный интерьер. Два санузла. Всего достаточно. Есть микроволновка, тостер.

Много приходит писем с рекламой. Присылайте ее уже после регистрации, что б не засорять почту с более важной информацией по заселению. Нужно налог оплачивать отдельно самому и проходить регистрацию. Не совсем точные инструкции по заселению. Зачем информация про сейф если его нет и укажите номер апартаментов. Бассейн - вход через раздевалку на 1 этаже. В конце сентября мы не попали, дверь была закрыта. Ужасно скрипит кровать, убивает всю романтику и общее впечатление. Проводка слабая, плита электрическая, включенные две конфорки выбивает предохранитель (если что, он находится в коридоре перед входом).

Apartment, especially, doors of apartment can have some ”facelift” and update. However everything is clean and working.

Необходим ремонт апартаментов, обновление бытовой техники (некоторые старые бытовые машины были с дефектом) а также необходим ремонт бассейна.

Exactly as described. The view is fantastic & after travelling around Italy for over a week, it was nice to arrive & have a night in, playing cards & not eating a full meal. Lovely to have a balcony to sit out on too. Lots of facilities… plenty of plates, glassware, loo rolls etc. the air con worked exceptionally well. It was a short walk into the main town, parking was easy & access instructions were good. We walked down & looked at the pool… it looked inviting but we didn’t really have time to use it. Very good communication from the host.

Bathrooms a little dated but everything worked well & plenty of hot water.

Well the views from the property were absolutely gorgeous and this is the major attraction plus the fact that it only takes a few minutes to walk from the centre up the gentle hill to the property. I also loved the original tiles flooring and two balconies.

I accept there is a charm in the fact that it hasn't been modernised at all, but equally I think it may be time to start updating the kitchen and en-suite shower room as they feel tired and let the property down. Certainly the ancient hairdryer on the wall is completely useless and the old fridge has seen better days. Also the thin teeny towels were dismal - just replace them with proper thick bath towels and also provide a couple of colourful beach towels because nobody packs towels when they travel. That said - we had a lovely stay overall.
