[PORTOFINO] appartamento vista mare con piscina

Great view of Rapallo bay. Was close to downtown Rapallo but at the same time at a distance to keep quiet. We enjoyed parking in the premises and access was easy with an elevator. Apartment was well equipped. Description in Bookings is accurate.

Apartment building is a bit dated, but in line with the price. Shower area of 2nd batroom was tiny.

The apartment had a view to die for, spacious, authentically Italian (which we loved) and very clean.

Rapallo didn’t do it for us, we would stay in St Margarita next time. However is a great location to hire a boat and enjoy the iconic water spots - which we fully recommend! BEST part of our trip so far. Caught the bus to Portofino and went in by boat.

The location of the apartment and and the view from the property were amazing.

The host made check in very difficult and stressful. He then wrote to ask if we needed anything. We told him kettle was broken. He didn't reply. Washing machine has no instructions/ doesn't seem to complete full cycle. There are a heap of powerpoints that don't work. These should be fixed or removed. We did not try to use the pool during our stay but the area seemed to be closed/locked off with chain preventing entry.

Lack of cafe-maker !!!!!! Air Exhaust ventilator filters ……very long time were not cleaned !!!! Water kettle out of service ….

The check-in was relatively easy, even when it was bit complicated at first. We managed to figure it out and it all went all. The view from the appartment is the absolute highlight of the stay. And it's nice to be able to sit outside in the balcony and enjoy the sun and the views. Also parking was very convenient.

- The wifi didn't work and the host wasn't able to help - The bathroom was very small and difficult to use the shower - The heater is very weak and it can get very cold when the temperature is low - One piece of the wardrobe fell off. Luckily I was able to catch it, but it could have harm someone. - they didn't tell us that the pool only opens in June
