Fantastic location and a great idea for the apartment. Very nice and open planned layout.

The only thing that felt kind of a little bit weird was the open bathroom, however very easy to get used to and didn't cause any issues either.

The apartment had a modern and industrial vibe and was located in a great area to based to access all the key tourist attractions in the old area of Sevilla. Bedding and towels were clean

Communication with the host was a bit confusing and some of the information was incorrect or changed without notifying us, for example the location of the apartment and the car park. The electronic door lock for the apartment access is very fiddly to use and temperamental. The door needs a good push to open it. The area around the bed is a tight squeeze and limits access to the wardrobes. Light bulbs in 2 lights were not working. The shower has a few signs of black mold evident needs a deep clean, no hooks to hang towels on No kettle despite is being in the description No complimentary coffee pod products provided for the expresso machine, water had left in the dispenser, not emptied The white walls decor is a bit grubby and needs refreshing, the floor tiles in the bathroom need a deep clean as the grout has dirt ingrained. The bathroom is in the bedroom so additional guests using the sofa bed have to come in to the bedroom to use these facilities. An apartment of this price range needs to demonstrate better attention to the details that make the difference between average and very good, and the quality expected of this level of accommodation. A bit disappointing overall.

Walking distance to the center. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Problem with parking spaces. Paid parking nearby with a price of around 35 euros per day.

The geographical location is ok, the house has a lot of space, it is very comfortable to take a bath, and there are all kinds of furniture and appliances, which is very convenient!

I liked the location and how quiet the place was. It was easy enough to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Coffee was also good. It had everything needed for a weekend stay.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, and could use a sturdier frame so it doesn't shift on the floor.

Spacious apartment with lots of natural light. Located near several restaurants and within walking distance to key sights.

The shower leaked, so made the floors slippery. Also the door key pad was tricky to operate initially, had to message the staff to help.

the localization is amazing

The beds were uncomfortable, there was mould on the wall, and the entire apartment had an unpleasant smell.

Great location. Very clean and easy instructions for check in.
