POP ART Alameda de Hercules de Sevilla

The property is very modern and equipped with everything that you need. It was clean and we were provided with fresh linen etc. The location of the property is absolutely perfect for a short walk into Seville. You have bars and restaurants on your doorstep so can take your pick. Once you are in the apartment, it’s so peaceful so you can leave the busy city outside. Our two children also loved it and were comfortable throughout the stay. We would highly recommend this property and should you have any questions throughout your stay BRUNO was on hand and offered great support.

Absolutely nothing

the aparment is recently renovated and very spacious with many kitchen appliances and big TV and airco

the inside temperature was a bit cold and most important the toilet and shower are inside the room so there is absolutely no privacy. furthermore there are huge windows which don't allow full darkness when sleeping

I'm really surprised by all the positive comments here. Honestly for me and my husband the only posotive about this place was location, close to few nice bars and breakfast place.

- Room was stuffy and darkk, no AC or even windows that you can open! The apartment (that looks rather like office space) is build with the glass walls, that can't be open and are 3/4 covered with blindsleaving only small space at the bottom) to give you at least some privacy. Anyways I'm pretty sure tenants from lower floors could see you pooping or sth... - Communication with the administrator was a disaster! We agreed that we will check-out 30 min.later, and suddently in our doors appeared some guy (claming he's the owner), surprised and looking at us as if we were robbers... - We book this particular accomodation hoping for luggage storage the next day. To our surprise they were small lockers, fow which you had to pay...since we had so many issues, the administrator offered that we will offer us 1 storage locker for free. Nice gesture but...it was half taken by the cleaning supplies, so we wouldn't fit there anything! Seriously?? We just took our staff and left Sevilla few hours early, because of this bad experience! I used to live in Spain for few years and I'm familiar with the "mañana" concept, but this was just too much! if you value your peace of mind, stay away!

The apartment is in a great location. It’s clean, bright and airy and is a great base for exploring the city. It feels very safe and was quiet inside.

The lighting is slightly odd, because there are huge windows but these open onto light wells so there are no views and the light only starts to come through in the later morning (we were there late September). Provisions are basic. Bathroom and bedroom are in one space, separated by the shower cubicle so have to make allowances for privacy.

Great location. Well equipped with everything you need for short stay. Bruno , the concierge, was very helpful with check-in instructions . Very clean.

The upstairs neighbour can be noisy late at night which is a bit annoying but not in the extreme.

location was perfect, everything was near by foot - clean and fully equipped apartment. the Host tis the most dedicated i have ever seen - he is available all the time for you. this place is ten if you want to visit Sevilla.
