Location was excellent but be prepared for many stairs and hills. Very nice staff - quick to respond- follow their directions upon arrival - avoids stairs!

Hot water was hit and miss. Towels and bedding is getting tired.

Camera molto accogliente, arredata con uno stile personale, dotata di salotto, bagno e piccolo angolo da caffe. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a supportare il cliente. Ambiente fresco d'estate, senza condizionatore. L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, che si può raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Ci siamo divertiti ad esplorare la zona intorno, molto informale e giovanile, piena di locali e ristoranti. Quartiere tranquillo. Si trovano parcheggi gratuiti vicino alla struttura. Consigliato per chi cerca una camera semplice ma con carattere, ad un ottimo prezzo.

It is our first time when I am astonished about a rating of a place: either the scores are fake or something changed in the administration of the place. The room is tenebrous: beside no taste in the design, you will get a humid and moldy atmosphere, a worn bed that is imbued with a smell of old age, bed sheets with no sense of freshness, pillows with lost softness, towels with a color to hide the timeworn. There is only one little window above the entrance you can open but this is not enough to bring enough fresh air. The little vent in the bathroom was not working and all the vapors from the bathroom were impregnating the entire room. The bathroom has a sticky floor due to improper/correct cleaning along time. You can spot rust in all areas and a deposit of junks behind a old door. You have slippers but… dirty and worn out. Any heathy mind person will not dear to wear them. The “decorations” hanging everywhere are the ugliest taste: few religios paintings near the bed, one duke on one wall and a Buda pic on the opposite one. Everywhere cheap plastic flowers while the coffee cups where stained and chipped. The door of the room goes directly on the main street and you hear all the steps and talks from outside. There is the boiler for heating in the room that produces same sound disconfort during the night. Moreover, you cannot adjust the temperature since the thermostat … it is locked with the key in a metalic box! It is offered a coffee machine but, guys… it is like 100 years old and not cleaned! When i red in the title of the location “old style studio” I thought that the style is old and not that everything inside is old or even ancient.

The good things: distance to the center, the amiability of the owner and the selection of music from the stereo. Otherwise, all is too old and tenebrous. We rented for 4 nights but we left after the first one. Worst experience ever with a rental from Booking.
