Location

Old property , poor maintenance , AC didn’t work in one of the bedrooms , furniture broken in the living room, tiny bedrooms and bath rooms.

What a perfect location to access tour spots, restaurants, carrefour, taxi and so on. The apartment facilities are well equipped.

It was hard to unlock the door with the provided key.

Central location. All the major places are nearby within walking distance excellent food in the restaurant at the entrance of the road on the left

Location was great. Very clean. Lovely host who met me at the door and showed me round the apartment. Modern apartment with all the facilities you could need. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy settees. Lovely 'sun room' next to the terrace.

There wasn't anything we DIDN'T like as such. Just some minor suggestions for improvement would be - 1. We would have hugely benefitted from a mirror (above the dresser) in the twin bedroom. 2. Although meeting the host was nice, our preference would have been a key lock to allow for some timing flexibility. 3. It would have been a bonus to have a couple of sun loungers on the terrace aswell as the dining chairs.

This property was the perfect location to see Sevilla! It is in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood and walkable to everything. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Our children 15 and 11 were happy to have their own bed and bathroom. The staff was very communicative throughout our stay. Although you can’t be dropped off at the door, the taxi rank is just a 2-3 minute walk. A great base to explore Sevilla!

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property but there are a few things I can see being a challenge. As I said it is in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood so NO CAR ACCESS. If you are traveling with small children or a lot of luggage this may not be the property for you. Also, the apartment is on the interior of the building so there are no views.

As requested by the property, we notified them days before on our arrival method (train to Seville, the arrival schedule and then taxi), we texted the property 2 hours before arrival. We text the property, again as requested, when we got off the train, and again when we get on the taxi (as instructed). Still we had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed up.

Upon check in, we asked for an extra blanket and soaps (there were only 2 given for 5 of us). The lady said will be delivered. It never came that day. We texted explaining that it's a mother an a son that shares the bed, so they need separate blankets, they replied that blankets need to be requested ahead of time, and that in Spain they share blankets on the same bed (no kidding, I still have their text). Then the shower in the master bathroom was backed up. They asked us to turn off the soap while we apply shampoo or soap, which we are already doing. Only I tell them that there are 5 of us so we cannot guarantee that it won't flood, that they send someone. In addition, the kitchen is NOT fully equipped. There are only 4 mugs, 3 bowls, so 4 glasses, though plenty of plates... we had to share mugs and glasses for each of our meal. The apartment has great location, but it is dark. There is no place to hang any towels, so we had to hang them in the closet. Overall a very unpleasant time, but we were determined to not let it ruin our time in Seville... the thermostat was strange and two of them had labels of "Do Not Touch", and we were very cold... the blankets were really needed!
