Genteel Home Santa Cruz

Apartment located in the old town of Seville, close to Cathedral. Very comfortable, each bedroom with own bathroom. Very spacious common room with well equipped kitchen. Good communication with host, free room service once in the week.

The location was superb. Walk outside, turn right and the cathedral towers above an iconic Seville street. Major sights and shopping areas all within short walking distance, plus you're surrounded by bars, restaurants, and the amazing Santa Cruz area. We had great choice of tapas within a few metres. The staff were very responsive when the TV didn't work and it was working again by the following day. The place has a nice old charm about it and the kitchen is new and well equipped.

Stairs were a little difficult to navigate for a couple in our group. But the ground floor bedroom was a good solution there. The en suite bathrooms were generally a tight squeeze. Only one of them is of a decent size. There was some noise just outside our window from a fruit and veg supplier starting early morning but hey, who wants to lie in when on holiday in Seville? Not a deal breaker.

The location of this apartment is amazing (it's located in the city center of Seville). Victor was very friendly and explained us everything about the apartment. It's a very large apartment which was perfect for my family. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds/mattresses, bed sheets and pillows. All bathrooms were amazing with showers that have enough hot water for everyone to take a very good shower. The view from the second floor is beautiful and it was also very good to have air conditioner on the apartment.

Unfortunately, some elements were broken and should be replaced (for instance: one of the chairs from the dining table, one burner from the stove (it's a stove with three burners), the kitchen hood extractor and WIFI). Also, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Location is close to the Santa Cruz district and La Giralda and Real Alcázar and all the tapas bars Spacious and comfortable apartment. Good seating area and the sofa converts to a double bed which is comfortable. There is a double bedroom with an En suite private bathroom. There is a twin room with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Good toiletries from Rituals which was great There is a full kitchen with washer, dishwasher and nepresso capsule coffee machine and electric kettle. There is underfloor heating which makes the whole apartment cosy and warm. We visited in December when temps were around 7ºc at night. All of us.. 4 adults enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. There are two sets of keys for entry which are left inside on checkout at 11am

The location couldn’t be any better. Right next to the cathedral, tons of restaurants right out the front door, convenient from the train station. Super helpful in letting us do an early check in and very responsive to questions.

Lots of pictures online so weren’t sure which space we had so no outdoor space but didn’t deter as we weren’t there much.

Had to request a second set of keys which were dropped off 24 hrs later - so that was great in the end. A kettle or a pouring pan for hot water / teas/ coffees etc would have been useful.
