Great location, modern facilities.

No negatives.

Location location location!! Comfortable beds, excellent shower, lots of room, lots of amenities, sound proof!! communication with staff 👌view from the terrace

A few things missing from the kitchen. Second bathroom wasn’t that clean, wifi only worked in the living room. Had to get rid of the garbage ourselves out to the street somewhere. A couple of burnt out light bulbs

A good location for exploring right in the centre of Seville. The bedrooms are on the ground, second and third floor, all with comfy beds. The size of the rooms and the bathrooms varies, but they are all well equipped. The modern, clean kitchen has everything you need. There is some noise from the adjacent bars, but they close at midnight so we slept well. The staff are helpful arranging key collection.

Most of the chairs were in need of some repair with loose arms and the dining table was wobbly. Cleaning could be improved (especially in the wardrobes and under the beds!)

Excellent location. Property was very spacious for 5 adults. Air conditioning made the rooms very comfortable.

Hot water was lacking. A bit noisy in the morning but that's to be expected for it's location.

Air conditioning worked well. Check in staff were friendly, albeit overly repetitive asking the same questions about check in time - probably managing too many properties at once.

The parking was too far from the property (at least 400m over cobbled streets) and cost 25 euro/day, advertised as 18 on the site. It really shouldn’t be advertised as having parking nearby. Would not have chosen this location if we had known. The kitchen was a bit run down with things broken.

The apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location. The apartment hosts were so helpful with making reservations. They made everything so easy for us!

Our bathroom door latch was problematic making it difficult to get out of the bathroom. We taped over the latch for our stay so no one would get stuck.
