Lochview

It is basically a one bedroom apartment tucked away next to a Loch. The garden was absolute serenity. Peace is what I felt as I left. Must see is Skiba Geo and Yesnaby Castle Sea stack.

We had an amazing stay, the area was very quiet and it came with a beautiful view over the loch. The apartment was very comfortable and everything that we could possibly need was provided for. The location was excellent with the best sites just a very short drive away.

The location by Loch Swannay was spectacularly beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean.

A beautiful apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Quite remote but we liked that! Not far to travel to interesting and scenic sites.

It was a fabulous location, really quiet and peaceful but easy to drive to the nearest shops. It had everything we needed including the use of the washing machine. The outdoor space was beautiful, right on the loch where you could fish. There was a fire pit and we could have barbecues and sit outside with a drink. There was also a lovely garden with plants such as roses that I didn't think would be growing in Orkney. There is also a summer house with heating and facilities to make a drink. Inside everything was provided that you could want and it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. As you can see from the photos it is an excellent place for photographing Northern Lights and the Milky Way because it is so dark which was one of the reasons we booked it and it didn't disappoint.

Out of the way location. Location was beautiful but away from attractions.
