Outside area could be nicer. Quite a walk into town, needed to taxi back. Informed guest a couple of days earlier that there would be an extra adult. She didnt reply, but when we arrived at the station she said there would be an extra charge of £25 to pay to her on arrival. or online. As we were there, easier to just pay there. However when looking online, later the cost for an extra guest would only be £8 of which the guest would only get £5ish. Why were we charged £25? We feel we were ripped off as we were already there so had no choice! Hot happy with that! She asked if we needed extra linen and we said we are OK. If the extra adult was going to stay on a sofa bed we would also have had to make it up ourselves which would have been OK however they stayed in 1 of the bedrooms with their partner so no extra bed linen used. Not sure then why the extra cost was £25?? No extra service required. Would have been happy with an £8 supplement for use of towels but not £25!

Perfect location for all the amenities of Torquay. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Very good communication from the owner with regards to entrance to the apartment. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Apartment is over three flights of steps. Not a problem for us but might be a problem for others!

The apartment is large and airy, plenty of room for us all.

The property wasn’t very clean, my son found a tiny bag with residue of white powder in it between the cushion on the sofa bed.

The area is really loud, traffic lights right by the window is frustrating , also the middle window in the living room doesn’t shut properly which lets in a bit of a draft - also - I would of give 10/10 for cleanliness but there was a prawn cracker underneath the pull out mattress bed in the second room - which made me rate it slightly lower - but other than that I will be honest it was very clean

Loved the spaciousness of the property, we all agreed this is an ideal property for a group l will recommend it to everyone. I didn’t like the stairs but that was because l had 2 people in the group with mobility issues but we managed.
