Very nice property

Key code was sent via message in booking.com app, I did have to request it so would be handy if the information that states 'owner will meet you outside the property' was updated to 'owner will send details for the lockbox once the property is ready'. Large living room space was great for the 12 of us that stayed, large tv that has access to netflix etc, beds were comfy and the bedrooms in a better state than downstairs. Lots of bedding/pillows which helped for sleeping arrangements.

A musty smell as you walk in and no handbook to explain how the dishwasher, lights cooker etc work. No real welcome other than a wifi code on a chalk board. The property needs some tlc, fittings in the bathroom are rusty, large table in the living room was very unstable, door handle in living room fell off completely and someone got locked in the kitchen as the handle doesnt work from the inside. The front bedrooms are also really noisy from the traffic and the windows quite drafty. Lots of noise from people a little merry from the nearby pub and using local takeaway shops. We also had an issue with parking as the property is on a main road. Lots of the side streets are 1-2 hours only and its a loading bay directly outside the property. We did bump into a very unhelpful traffic warden on a Sunday too so there is clearly a local issue with parking.

Location very good.

Appt was great.but may be curtains in the lounge.and a caffeteir for ground coffee ☕would have been nice.

Perfect, very cosy and felt like home. Had a lovely sleep it was so comfy.
