"Quick city break in Seville in spacious comfortable apartment with outside space"

Good location, loved the outside space, living rooms were comfortable

Little bit noisy at night, wooden furniture on terrace was broken, but we used the newer table and chairs

Excellent base and location for a special short break family stay in Seville. Property located nearby Plaza Alfalfa where there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and other shops all around. Also good location for visiting city centre and other Seville sights. communication with hosts very good and rendezvous arrangements to meet contact with keys to access property also efficient and no problems. Excellent large terrace area located on roof to relax have drinks, snacks, etc. (Accessed via upstairs bedroom.) Apartment well equipped for self catering needs and clean, tidy condition.

Nothing to complain about for us and all good. (Note for info and safety though - perhaps the old and rickety wooden chars and table on the roof terrace should be removed/replaced as they are in poor condition and we did not consider them safe to sit upon. There are sun loungers and a separate decent large table with 6 chairs so not a problem for us. Be very careful anyone regarding the wooden items though.)
