Great communication and we were met at the property. Our flight was an hour delayed and so we did not arrive until about 23:00, but this was no problem. There is a €30 fee if check in between 21:00-00:00 but this was mentioned on the booking.com platform and in WhatsApp’s and emails from the property

The management is too pushy. Keeping asking for arrival and departure Time. It’s holiday man!

Very nice apartment with a large terrace in a lively area. It was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect in a quiet area but close to all attraction. If you are planning to go to seville just do it because its a bueatiful city. Many attractions bars restaurants and shops. People are very helpful , the only problem most of the people dont speak english.

The only problem as i mentioned that they dont speak english but i will visit the city again.

Location was fantastic- right in the center of Seville and walking distance to everything - near attractions and plenty of restaurants. Amenities are complete. Beds comfortable.

Key needed some maneuvering to work. It took some time and it’s not convenient.

Brilliant location as it was centrally located and all key tourist attractions located at a walking distance. All key amenities (supermarket, pharmacy etc) along with great coffee shops were literally a couple of minutes walk. Also it was very quiet without any noise around. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and were keen to help. They even proactively offered us to book some activities, at no extra cost, which we did book through them. The staff were very responsive and replied to the messages almost immediately.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic area. Very handy to the old town, the setas, the cathedral and other monuments.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Had everything we needed. 2 fully equipped bathrooms, both ensuite with walking showers. kitchen was well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave. toaster, etc. lively eating area and we'll appointed living area. Also the location was super, walking distance to all sights and great bars and restaurants on the doorstep as well as a supermarket. Communication with genteel was brilliant and check in was so easy. We loved everything about this apartment and would highly recommend
