The property may request a 300€ deposit prior to arrival as a guarantee. The deposit, paid with a debit or credit card, will be refunded after departure if the established accommodations rules are met and no damage to the property is identified. Please note that smoking is not permitted and that the apartments are located in different buildings, close to each other, but the address provided might vary slightly. Late Check in from 10:00 pm - 00:00: 30 euros. Late Check in from 00:00 - 2:00 am: 50 euros. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
