Very good location ! Comfortable apartment with a lot of space, two rooms, each one with its own bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Excellent beds and pillows. Quality towels. We had a great family stay !

Very well maintained apartment! Clean with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A lot of space for family of four! Property is conveniently located 8 min from public underground parking and 7 min from Alcázar! Great place to book and Jesus was very helpful at the check in!

Casa pulita, situata al centro di Siviglia, davvero a 2 passi da tutto. Bar, ristoranti, supermercati, fermata del taxi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, super accessoriata e attrezzata per tutto.

We stayed at the Alfalfa Terrace Apartment (3 bed + 2 bath). Excellent location right off Plaza de la Alfalfa which has a playground, restaurants, bakery, deli, taxi stand. Walking distance to all of Sevilla’s major sites, shopping hub, and restaurants. Very excellent value. Apartment was well decorated. Comfortable. AC worked well. Clothes washing machine and drying rack worked well for our needs. 3rd bedroom is upstairs with two singles and no door. Spacious terrace is off this bedroom. Elevator in the building. Host met us in person for check in. Self check out. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Genteel home @ C. san juan 1 was perfect for our stay. The home was cozy and nice . We were greeted by a representative of the host company and were cordially guided into the apartment . The apartment is at a perfect location in old Town and most of the attractions are walkable. Public transport is at a bit of a distance in this part of the town but the pleasure of staying close to things is really nice. The home is comfortable and lovely with all necessary equipments. The kitchen is well equipped The terrace has a nice sitting with lovely view. I would totally recommend this place and would want to stay here again if I am in Sevilla again .

Pretty apartment. Location is very good and it's close to everything. Restaurants, supermarket etc are 2-3 minutes away and it's a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and town square. They provided a small kit with all essentials like salt pepper, oil, vinegar essential for cooking which i thought was thoughtful. They checked on us about our arrival time and made sure someone was there to help us check in. They helped us find the nearest parking spot. The apartment was clean and neat.

There was a bad drainage sort of smell as you entered the apartment. Also it's a smallish apartment and it felt a bit cramped for 5 of us.

Good location! Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff reception desk near the building where we stayed. Very helpful with information on the city and airport transfer back.

Hotel is right on the corner of two streets. Room was one floor up from street level so there is some noise to contend with. We were not there long so it was tolerable.

The apartment was lovely and exactly as shown in photos. The kitchen was very modern and very clean as were both bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and on a street around the corner from a small supermarket, many excellent restaurants and the Alcazar Palace and Cathedral. In particular, there was, in addition to excellent Spanish fare, a cool Asian restaurant called GULU which was very good. Correspondence with Christina about check in was professional and she was very welcoming. Sevilla is such a beautiful, vibrant city. We had an very memorable stay. The only tricky part was figuring how to jimmy with the key to open the front door and gate. We learned the trick was to insert the key 95% into both locks in order to make them turn. Just be aware that the street the unit is on is very narrow and no parking. Christina directed us to a 24 hour underground parking which is a 8 minute walk away, that is 26€ day but the spots are very narrow.
