The location was great. Only five minutes walk to the beach or the town or the train to Brighton for which the service is very good. The property was quiet and very comfortable. Sharon had provided everything for a great stay. Host communication before our stay was always prompt. Thank you

Parking at the property was not possible without restricting access for other residents in the courtyard during our stay. .However public parking was available only 2 mins away.

It was within walking distance of Seven Sisters cliff walk, town, grocery store, Etc. Sharon was very helpful with details on where to park, key location, suggestions for restaruants. Kitchen supplied well.

To get to parking near the apartment was difficult. Roofs in bedrooms were low and hit head many times on them. No Microwave. Hot water was tricky and could not get hold of Sharon for 2 hours on how to restart it.

Das kleine Häuschen liegt wunderbar nah zur Promenade, ist super gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell auf Fragen und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.

Die Einfahrt ist sehr eng und man hat wenig Platz vor der Tür, weil das Auto direkt davor parkt. Durch Handwerkerarbeiten nebenan war es oft schon früh recht laut. Für drei Personen war der Tisch in der Küche auch recht klein. Aber alles störte uns wirklich kaum. Es ist eben so wie es ist und wir haben das ja bereits auf den Bildern gesehen.

Posizione eccezionale vicino alla spiaggia, al centro e un ottimo punto di partenza per le Seven Sister. Host cordiale e disponibile.

Excellent value for money and convenient location, within a short drive of the ferry terminal. Ideal for a one-night stopover. Quiet neighbourhood and thoughtful provision of milk (and biscuits) for a cup of tea after a long journey. We would return.

Extra small tables/chairs or stools on which to put belongings would be helpful in the bedrooms and living room.
