Very clean accommodation. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location. We had a fabulous time

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the seafront and the local shops and restaurants.

There was no microwave or freezer or freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Banged my head quite a few times in the Eaves, ha ha.

Great location; kitchen and bathroom downstairs then a lounge with 2 double bedrooms running off it . Yes, it was basic - but it was perfect for our stay; and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Fab shower - nice&powerful; over the bath I’d prefer a bath. The only issue would be parking (if you have a car) you’re sharing a drive with 2 neighbours and we made a point of speaking with them to ensure cars were not blocked in and that worked well. It would work with a mini or small car but anything much bigger needs negotiating, That said, you are right near the train station and right in the heart of Seaford. Opposite Morrisons and 2 minutes from the beach. Thank you to Sharon for our lovely stay.
