The Barn | Aberlour

It’s very well presented and has so much character. Michelle welcomed us and left us to it. Been here before and delighted to return. Great wee stove which provided plenty of heat, great shower and so many ‘extras’ that just adds value and enjoyment

The location was nice, as I don’t drive while in Scotland, if I am not meeting up with friends I walk everywhere I go. There is a really lovely place to walk near the Allachie Distillery.

The Internet was a bit slow and the view to the left was of construction and big trucks.

So comfortable, charming, restful. Many details you're constantly discovering. Kitchen is perfect. Quiet, but within reasonable walking distance of town (mostly sidewalk, one quick section on the shoulder). Personal touches and considerations all over. Took pictures of all the live edge pieces included, so inspired! Hosts were perfect in communication throughout the welcome, check in and checkout. I am a guest that likes to be left on my own, but appreciated being able to reach the hosts if needed.

It is a very lovely barn with modern facilities and more amenities than expected. Honey butter muesli and walkers cookies and much more! Even a fruiting plum tree! Location is perfect for exploring Speyside distilleries and many are nearby. Even whisky was served with compliments what a treat!!!

Nothing. We saw rainbow and the night sky was filled with stars!

comfy, quiet, well equipped. Well thought out, touches like a selection of DVDs.

Maybe just the walking distance to town but absolutely nothing else

The Barn is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need on a short break. There are lots of quirky touches, and the host is very good at communication
