"L’appartamento, al di là delle segnalazioni e di una maggiore pulizia degli ambienti, è sicuramente confortevole e ubic"

La struttura era molto centrale e vicinissima a tutto.

Consiglio la proprietà di provvedere ad effettuare alcuni piccoli interventi necessari, come la sostituzione del letto nella seconda camera perché ha le doghe centrali rotte, la sostituzione della porta del bagno gonfiata nella parte inferiore, lo scarico del vater che si inceppa.

Świetna lokalizacja. Wychodzisz z apartamentu i od razu jest sklep. Do plaży 5 minut. Apartament czysty i wszystko, czego potrzebujesz jest na miejscu. Bardzo miła pani, ktora przywitała nas, opowiedziała tez co warto zobaczyc w Alicante. Miły kontakt przez whats up. Serdecznie polecam ten Apartament. Napewno tam wrócimy.

"Świetne miejsce dla osób, które chcą mieć łatwy dostęp do najważniejszych obiektów w Alicante."

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, blisko na starówkę Alicante i do środków transportu. Dostaliśmy bardzo dobre wskazówki na temat miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. W mieszkaniu są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.

Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia, jest już trochę podniszczony.

"A perfect apartament, with best location"

1.Location : you are literally 2 minutes away from everything (beach, Esplanada, restaurants, castle.) 2. Amenities: the ap has everything you need( including sun umbrellas, one beach chair,SPF for adults and kids, coffee, detergent for the washing machine,etc) 3. A/C in every room. 4. The Udaco market downstairs (you find everything there) 5. Internet speed 6. There are things like playing cards , a ball and some sweets for the kids.

Everything was perfect. Every comment saying something else ( like the bathroom door is scratched) is irrelevant . That does not diminish the value. It’s just usage.
