Very helpful hosts. Allowed early check in. Very clean comfortable and well equipped apartment. Superb location in Old Town. In a quiet street. 2 minute walk to beach , marina, promenade, shops and resteraunts.Bed comfortable and good shower.Excellent WIFI

This is a fantastic place, and I plan to stay there whenever I visit Alicante. Conveniently located in the Old Town, but still in a relatively quiet area. A grocery is just downstairs + lots of restaurants around. The beach is just around the corner, and so is the main bus stop. When it comes to the place itself, it is conveniently equipped with all you may need, including dishwasher and washing machine tabs. A practical tip: There was plenty of room for 4 people, but 6 would make it crowded.

The location of the property was good

The bedding is all stained and felt very dirty. The lounge suite is old and very uncomfortable and bathroom needs a good clean and smells very musty.

The apartment had everything you needed. It also had Netflix on both tv sets. There was plenty of towels etc. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and respond quickly.
