Casablanca

Great little apartment right in the centre of the old town & just around the corner from Postiguet beach. Location is quiet at night. This apartment has the most compact kitchen area ever and manages to include a full oven & a dishwasher. Washing machine in bathroom. The second bedroom is quite small & the double bed is a single with a slide out bed to make a double. Beds are comfortable. There is no view as such & one of the photos is a bit misleading. Juliette balcony looks at the wall of the opposite building. Overall, a good apartment in a good location.

The location was very good. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the historical center itself. Everything can be reached in five minutes. Transports/busses are also reached in five minutes. It's located on small streets, not much passing by traffic or noisy pubs next to it. Nights are quiet.The apartment was well equipped and nothing we missed, as we remember it.

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, especially the floors. The apartment isn't cleaned during your stay, something to be prepared for. The sofa wasn't inviting at all since the clothing was worn out and dirty, with a greasy look. It needed urgent cleaning. There is no reception. There is no information in booking.com about what to do or what the consequences would be if you can't fit your arrival time into the check-in hours, or if you are delayed because of delayed flights or other reasons.

It was near the beach and restaurants.

The shower hadn't been cleaned properly and part of it was filthy. The housekeeping was poor in the rest of the apartment with dirty skirting boards and floors not washed properly.

Great communication from the start. Apartment was very clean and perfect for our needs. Location was brilliant being on the edge of the Old Town and 1 minute walk from the Esplanade and beach. Would use again if I come back to Alicante.

Could do with thicker curtains or blinds to keep the sun out early.
