The location is excellent, and the room is well-equipped and has a great view.

The room needs renovation. The shower has mould, and the sofa has been repaired. The bed base is damaged. The room overall is ok, but it's starting to feel worn.

Amazing view!

Beautiful place in a great location! Very clean with all the facilities we needed. Carlos was a great host, he was very helpful and quick at responding to any questions. Would 100% recommend.

"Good base from which to explore Alicante"

Lovely building and spacious room with balcony which had commanding views. Nice clean room, quiet, good location close to tram station and main streets.

A little confusing re accessing as the property is just one part of a bigger building (hotel etc). Also, no place to store bags that we could find.
