Communication with Carlos was excellent. The apartment was cute. The size of the apartment is suitable for two people. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Everything was fine

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all essential amenities. It’s also just a short walk to the local tram station and public transport, making it highly convenient for getting around. The host was excellent—responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment offers great views of both the city and the sea, and overall comfortable, with reliable air conditioning to keep us cool.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The fridge needed a deep clean, as it had some stains and a slight odour. The bed was quite firm, though it was manageable for a one-night stay. The balcony could definitely benefit from better maintenance—the synthetic grass was dirty, and the glass partition between apartments was rusty. For the price, we expected a bit more attention to detail and refinement.

The location of the apartment was a 15-minute walk from the beach. The view was the reason I booked this apartment, was absolutely wonderful.😊

Great appartment on the 15th floor with plenty elevators, brilliant air conditioning, brilliant location central to everything, short walk to prom and restaurants.Carlos was very helpful with easy check in and out.

this is our second time to the apartment. its highly recommended. the location. the facilities and its cleanliness. great view. the host , Carlos is very attentive to our needs. we will surely go back here.

dripping water from the AC. The technician came to fix it, but he made the dripping worse, we sleep like it's raining and we need to put down all the towels so the floor will not be so slippery.

The place is in a great location: very close to Luceros tram station (from there, you can go to e.g., Benidorm and Vilajoyosa) and Corte Ingles Home (and supermarket), it is also close to two Mercadona supermarkets and quite close to the train station (about 7 minutes walking without luggage). Walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Getting to the room was easy: Carlos sent us the code (4 numbers)

Something happened upstairs, so one afternoon we found 1cm of water on the floor (fortunately, Carlos came quickly and tried to solve the problem; initially, he covered the mattress with some plastic, a few days later, got a new one). The extra bed is not very comfortable.
