"Exceptional! Great place to stay in Alicante :)"

The place is exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk for everything you need and the main attractions. The facilities were good, clean and very organised. The beach umbrella available was a big plus! Carlos communicate very very well. And the view is absolutely awesome, makes the total difference. I loved it and for sure will be back! :)

There are some small improvements but nothing that have made my experience bad: - The sound proof isolation is not good, so I woke up in the middle of the night with people arriving drunk at other flats. - The TV is not smart, so no Netflix or Youtube on it. - And I missed a toaster.

"Very nice room on the 15-th floor with fascinating view, perfect location"

Perfect location in very historical center of Alicante, 15-th floor with huge window and beautiful view to the city and sea. Nice balcony with table and chairs. You have everything you need in kitchen (including coffe capsules).

- The sliding door in bathroom is broken and should be fixed. - We wanted to move bed closer to the window and found a lot of dust under the bed, which we had to clean oursevles. - A bit of technical noise from the next building's roof - The bed is very squeaky (you know what I mean)

"Perfect stay in Alicante"

The view from the apartment was stunning. It was lovely to have meals on the balcony admiring the view. Location was great, close to the main attractions, restaurants, shops and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very friendly, he provided all needed information in advance.

Extremelly good location, in the center of Alicante, having very good view from Balcony, with hanging chair in the balcony it add to comfort, my family really enjoyed it, i would recommad it to others. the Host Mr.Carlos he was more than happy help you, out of the way, what you ask he will find the answer or things he will look for you. i am very pleaseed with his service 5 ***** STAR to him !
