Hampden Apartments - The Catherine

the location of the property to center, was excellent.

The door lock was difficult to manage. We had to contact the manager as we could not get the key out of the lock! The apartment needed some updating. But did have everything we needed. The rooms were disproportioned. The main bedroom was huge, but the other room was small and difficult to get around. Drawer fronts kept falling off. We could not open Any windows.

Location was perfect. Ideal for our family of 5. Had everything we needed as well as secure parking. Even had a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch!

There was a smell from the insinkerator however didnt bother us too much. Heating got very warm and could not open front windows.

The location was great and ease of check in perfect. Jeremy was hugely helpful and allowed us an early check in and late check out.

It was very tired. Not the luxury of the photographs. The towels and Linens were great but the paintwork and bathrooms really tired. The heating as Jeremy knows didn’t work for us and he gave us some heaters which worked but were very noisy.

Great instructions sent by host on location of property. Nice size apartment with easy access into town.

The location of the apartment is close to the shopping street and Windsor Castle, about a twenty minute walk to the castle

Apartment is not clean. Apartment says it is suitable for 6 guests but has one small hot water cylinder that doesn't cater for 6 people. 1 person can' shower every hour. This apartment should have continuous flow hot water. Apartment had two small pots available for use to cook and for two of the three days no frying pan. Eventually after numerous requests, a frying pan was delivered. Large bedroom is very good but the shower has mould on the roof and the extractor fan doesn't work. Second small bedroom is very small. Blinds are broken and very grubby. Pull out couch has stains on it. Lighting in the kitchen and lounge area flickers. Lounge blinds are broken and dirty. Windows are dirty. There is a ladybird infestation in the main bedroom window.
