Bright 3-bedroom apartment - Central Armidale

Great location for our needs. Had everything we needed.

Overall the property was clean well presented and comfortable. The location is great being quite close to the city centre.

The property had a few annoying issues as follows: Access to the carport is made difficult by a hedge overhanging the driveway. The shower door is difficult to close and if you leave it open the leaky taps splashes water over the floor outside. The bathroom floors, including the shower are very smooth and very slippery when wet. The vanity basin does not hold water, plug seal needs replacing. There was no hand wash for the basin, and no faces washers provided. Kitchen tap is very stiff and needs replacing. There are few kitchen utensils, such as NO tea pot, coffee pot, salt and pepper shakers, fry pan with lid, sink sponge, sharp knives. The oven was quite dirty and smoked when used, setting of the smoke alarm. We also found rubbish under the bed, so cleaning didn't to there. The door handle to the second bedroom was tricky to operate, had to be lifted to open. The second bathroom basin had no plug, the pop-up plug top had been removed and not replaced. Many of these issues are just down to a lack of regular maintenance. The kitchen items need to be regularly reviewed to keep up to date.

Very tight driveway, very difficult getting in and out of car.. hedges need pruning back. We ended up parking out on street.

Beautiful and clean, I had to message owner for a simple question and he was lovely. Very helpful.

Simple issue of the door to the main room getting stuck.

Stayed at apartment 2 in Allingham Street. Good location. Clean & Comfortable .Was difficult to park the vehicle due to overgrown hedges. Needs to address the pluming issues asap. Had trouble getting the correct temperature in both showers. Suddenly it will change from hot to cold. Sliding door to the shower in ensuite not working properly.  Needs to apply some grease on the kitchen tap. Other than the above issues we had a good stay.

I liked that it was close to everything in town. It was very clean and comfortable.

It would have been good to have more labels to find things in cupboards. This wasn't the fault of the property. We were there during the coldest night. That said, the heating and bedding was enough to keep us all warm.
