"Peaceful, beautiful, country location"

The location and views were amazing and Anne was such a lovely host. Bonus seeing horses, woodpeckers, chickens and other wildlife. Lots of space for kids to run around.

It would be very hard to find anything to dislike at this perfect location.

"Superb"

The views from the lodge and the wildlife around were so peaceful and beautiful. Loved to see the hens, enjoyed their eggs, and watch the racehorses. The lodge has a compact design and the sheltered outside seating front and back worked very well, even if it was rainy.

A couple of comments: it was not clear how to deal with recycling. The information folder could benefit from updating.

The area was gorgeous, property was in great condition and was really beautiful. We had such a nice stay and the facilities were great with the cottage well-equipped with everything we needed. Anne and Maurice were really lovely hosts, very friendly and understanding, they couldn’t have been nicer! Thank you for having us, would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Hopefully we will be back soon!

"Very good"

We were made to feel very welcome and at home by Anne, with a gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival. We loved being able to see all the wildlife outside from our lodge. Deers, pheasants etc. Very quiet surroundings, which is what we were looking for :). Plenty of throws, towels etc.
