All of it, property well equipped. Beautiful views, and peaceful location. Anne was very kind and a great host, she even had her husband adopt the dog run for my terrier! Would definitely recommend.

Cottage offered everything for a lovely peaceful break. Excellent facilities, comfortable beds, great shower and lovely views. Anne the host is very friendly and makes sure everything is satisfactory. A welcome gift of chocolates and wine was a lovely touch.

There is nothing to dislike, would love to return.

A great place overlooking the tarn in the distance. A little chilly when we arrived but quick to warm up once the fire was in and plenty of wood supplied!
