Not clean and poorly serviced apartment

The view from the apartment was great. It was also only a 10 min walk to the Brisbane Wheel, restaurants, cafes, a Woolworths grocery store, souvenir store and Streets Beach (man made beach and a great attraction and place to spend time if wanting to swim but not drive to an actual beach). Many other attractions were just a 15min walk away.

Finding the location of the lock box proved very difficult to begin with as we had not received the detailed email before arriving. We had to call the host who then texted the link to us. When this was done, the link we opened then provided very clear instructions and photos of where the lock box was located (on the opposite side of the building, along a fence, the pin number was provided to open the lock box and we then had access to the fob to enter the building and details of how to access the parking lot beneath etc etc.) The train going by was a little noisy but other than that, it was a quiet spot and we had a good nights sleep.

weird smells, noise- right next to train line, not very clean - old carpet. very basic interior

Good location beautiful apartment. Loved the furniture but wish there was a tv in the main bedroom

Could have had some more cooking equipment. (Baking trays and pots and pans) a welcome pack explaining where things are located ect and check out in instructions with how you want things left. Was disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed before arrival that dryer doesn’t work and out of order and I specifically looked for appartments that had a washer and dryer. Nothing dried the whole stay due to the weather and we hadn’t packed enough as we were expecting to be able to wash and dry clothes.

Only one fob key could not join my family at a later stage, dryer not working keys wasn’t in key box till 1.30 we pay the extra money for early check in not enough towels shower only had one door couldn’t close the shower of to stop water coming out on to floor . Marks and damage over most walls need a repaint Thanks Fraser

Get more information about what room you’re in. Our key tag Info was barely visible and it gave no information about the floor or room number you’re in. And the guy in the lobby on the bottom floor don’t care about you and is no help

Clean well set up apartment. Great location, so close to South Bank and the city. Great view across the river and city. Coffee shop next door open most days.

Dryer was not working. Shower heads not good, they spray more water on the walls then the on person having a shower. Entry instructions could be clearer.

There was no food included.

The shower rose needs to be replaced. The walls are ready for a wash.
