Lucid Apartment South Brisbane

Beautiful clean apartment. Beds were super comfortable, full size kitchen and love that it had a washing machine and clothes drier. Extra blankets & pillows in the cupboard were handy too. Walking distance to a lot of places which was also great

Location was terrific in terms of restaurants and cafes. It was poor in terms of noise, particularly the railway line.

Noise and light intrusion at night. The apartment was above curved rail line with the screech of train wheels from about 5am until late at night. The main bedroom has floor to ceiling windows; the curtains do not reach the ceiling so the city lights are way too intrusive at night when trying to sleep. The bathroom has nowhere to hang clothes while showering or wet towels. Smaller points: the handle of one saucepan is loose; and there are 3 mis-matched wine glasses, insufficient and rather insulting for an apartment that supposedly allows for self-catering.

Location was nice and close to qpac and restaurants. Swimming pool was lovely. Apartment was a good size with great views and fine for a couple of nights and host was easy to contact.

If I had to be picky, the accommodation lacks the little things, like a luggage rack, scissors, pool towel, drying rack for togs etc. No paper towels or cling film. Attention to detail in cleaning - picture holder was full of dust. Got lost in the carpark but that was more funny than annoying.

Convenient location

The property is not supposed to have short stays and I was charged $400 bond that was not refunded till 5pm day of check even tho I did what was required by 9am

The property manager wasn’t very polite. Also our shower was terrible in the ensuite, the water sprayed everywhere except on you 😂😂
