Loud, one hears people coming in and out. Also poorly insulated towards the outside. One also smells other guests' cooking very strongly. The apartment could also have been cleaner

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cette établissement mais cette fois ci j'ai du réclamer les codes d'accès le séjour de mon arrivée. En dehors de cela, j'étais satisfait, bien situé et bien équipé, de l'usure naturel pour un appartement loué mais rien de significatif.

Difícil check in and out, tuvimos que esperar casi 3 horas para lograr ingresar porque no habían recibido el depósito de garantía que ya yo había hecho.

Nous avions la chambre 002 au rez de chaussé. Cela a posé beaucoup de désagréments dûs aux bruit incessant de la porte d’entrée qui claquait à chaque fermeture. D’autant qu’un groupe ayant loué plusieurs chambre est arrivé le vendredi occasionnant des nuisances nocturnes ( cris , bruit, porte claquant): j’ai dû intervenir pour faire la police ( ce type d’hébergement sans personnel présent ne devrait pas accueillir des groupe de jeunes, puisque personne ne peut directement les canaliser). D’autre part, il manquait dans notre logement une recharge de gel douche, un torchon , un balai ( puisqu'on nous demande de le rendre dans un bon état de propriété). Pas de liste du matériel mis à dispisition.

Se contrató un servicio y nos cambiaron las condiciones y la dirección del lugar dos veces. Incluso el último cambio lo hicieron un día antes de ingresar. Se contrató una propiedad para 5 personas, internet y lavadora. Y a la llegada nunca hubo internet ni lavadora, el lugar solo tenía 3 camas (2 individuales y 1 matrimonial) osea solo para 4 personas. Terrible no entiendo como Hoteles.com proporciona este tipo de lugar con administraciones que no cumplen lo que ofrecen. Teníamos varios días en Europa y por eso quisimos contratar un lugar con lavadora y el lugar a donde nos enviaron no tenía. Además el baño no drenaba bien, el agua de la tina no se iba y todos tuvimos que bañarnos con agua en posada, la cual empezó a salir después por debajo de la tina hacia el lavatorio.

Close by restaurants, the apt has everything that you need, just the bathroom is too small and doesn't have elevator.

Heating did not work so very cold at night Could not use the TV as there was no remote controle kitchen utensils missed some basic items (frying pan, sieve...)

We were supposed to have wifi for that week, we called the customer service number, they were not helpful at all, so we ended up not having wifi at all for the whole week. (Customer service people were nice and respectful but didnt do much) the sheets were stained (black stain) the water pressure in the shower is horrible, couldn't even wash my hair properly and its small, one person can barley fit in there.The pictures of the appartment are decieving, the pictures showed that we would have a bathroom, and when we arrived there the shower is literally in the room, so everyone can see you showering. There was no light in the apartment only in the room. The sofa bed was also super uncomfortable

I liked the location, convenient walk to whatever you needed.

Everything else, especially since I had no power in the hallways, and no Wi-Fi for 11 days. The company constantly told me to be patient and understanding, without providing a proper solution despite the daily frustration. I also received a reimbursement for the price of an ESIM, despite the lack of their WiFi, which prevented me from doing my work, and other things inside my unit.
