Smartflats - Louise Brussels

Nice location

The apartment wasn’t provided with the stuff it supposed to be. The apartment had a constantly working fire alarm, even though we don't smoke/there was no smoke. We called support 5-6 times for the same reasons, which were not eliminated or provided any help. 1)We could not sleep well because of the broken alarm system, which had to be turned off all the time. All we were told was: "We have passed your information on to the staff in charge." But nothing happened. 2) We asked for a hair dryer which was listed as an item provided in the apartment. During our 3 days stay we did not receive one:(

Porte d'entrée fortement ajourée, brosse de WC dans une eau douteuse, PQ sur le sol dans une corbeille, pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, SDB très très petite, pommeau de douche qui se déboîte à l'utilisation , double-vitrage inefficace, plinthe qui tombe quand on ouvre le meuble de la cuisine, rue bruyante et lampadaires juste derrière les fenêtres, et le summum superbe TV sans télécommande (j'attends toujours le retour de la hotline pour régler le problème), et derrière une plaque en bois qui tient par 2 vis présence d'un chauffage qui se met en route toutes les 5 minutes. Séjour prévu pour deux nuits, j'ai préféré prendre la route de nuit pour ne pas rester une nuit de plus. Même le personnel d'entretien n'est pas discret !

Falta de limpieza, suciedad en paredes y techo de manchas extrañas, sofa cama incomodísimo, unico bueno ubicación, cerca de transporte público y buena calefacción

Missing a few necessities

The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. Nice full size refrigerator and gas stove. The shower area of the bathroom can use some work, as water gets everywhere. We also had to walk to a different location to pickup and drop off the keys for checkin and checkout. Overall nice stay.
