Smartflats - Louise Brussels

Location was great and the ease of finding the property and gaining access was fantastic.

The only complaint I had was that the television provided in the room was not connected to anything and therefore did not work. Only worked if you were able to connect your own device but this was not possible over wifi.

Location good.

Checkin was horrible. Received multiple confirmation codes for multiple rooms. None worked. Tried calling. No answer. Thought we would have to five new accommodations. Finally logged into app to get yet another code which finally worked. No light in bathroom. Soap dispenser in bathroom missing. Dishwasher full of water. Coffee maker leaked all over. Fridge shelves crooked. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Telephone didn’t work.

Facilities are poor, no washing machine no iron

Du hall aux appartements tout est sale est délabré. Des traces suspectes sur les murs et le plafond, une salle de bain au joins moisis, des toilettes sans eaux. Nous sommes simplement partis. Une honte de faire une publicité aussi mensongère entre les photsmis et la réalité.

The lounge is portable and it’s convenient but my room at the 4th floor it was difficult to get to my room by taking the stairs.

Room 202 is acceptable but the floor is sticky. Room 003 was not ok at all because: - wall and ceiling daubed - shower and sink in the room, not separate, which is not really pleasant with girlfriends - sofa bed very dirty and uncomfortable to sleep in - burner in the room makes a lot of noise - room smells when entering - toilet impractical and dirty Not recommended at all

The access code to the front door did not work, and as a result, I and 4 other guests whose codes also did not work stood at the door to the building until someone from inside let us in. The facility's staff on the phone would not be able to offer anything other than waiting for the door opening system to restart. Hangers and soap containers were torn in the apartment. There was no soap. I wasn't able to turn on the TV because the remote control was from another receiver. The staff did nothing except say sorry for the inconvenience. At the end, the service did not issue an invoice for the data I asked for. Too many disappointments for one stay.
