Location was great

There was no hot water and no heating in the room, i informed the management he didn't resolve the problem, he said i inform the technician, i stayed two days without heating and hot water,but technician didn't came. It was false hope i think they do with every client like this,technician never come and stay is finished .

Nice location, apartment is a bit beat up but it was a good stay for a couple.

Asked for 1 more toilet paper roll and they wouldn't provide it. Pretty ridiculous, it's a nice stay that we were enjoying (and we hadn't asked for anything else) for them to deny such a simple and inexpensive request to put a bad taste in our mouth. They claimed they "provided everything necessary for our stay" which was 3 rolls of TP, we had issues that required us to use those, so denying an additional roll is literally not providing everything necessary. What's the cost 50 cents? like what? Come on step up your hospitality, no point to lose a good review over that.

No wifi available while I was staying because it doesn’t tell me the correct wifi. No response from the office. The worst service ever.

We loved the place. It’s cleaned, well arranged and decorated with taste. The host is very nice too

De locatie van het appartement leek geschikt en alles was in orde. Het enige dat we niet leuk vonden, was dat de douche zichtbaar was. Zet tenminste iets ondoorzichtigs op het glas om het zicht van buitenaf te belemmeren.

Great location and easy access. Comfy bed.

The pictures shown in the reservation were not even similar to the real room. The floor, windows and curtains were dirty and some parts of the wall were broken. There was a lot of noise, you could hear every person who walked by the door.

Asignaron mi apartamento a otra reserva (también de Hoteles.com) que entró en mitad de la noche; CUALQUIERA PUEDE ENTRAR EN TU HABITACIÓN AUNQUE PONGAS EL SEGURO, NO ES UN LUGAR SEGURO NI CONFIABLE. Es algo común en este establecimiento. Al final me quedé sin que me dieran una solución ni indemnización. El establecimiento pide una fianza (esto lo debería hacer hoteles.com y no el propio alojamiento, para evitar estafas). Teniendo esto en cuenta, uno espera que el alojamiento esté impecable y con buen mantenimiento, sin embargo, es todo lo contrario: luces que no funcionan, ventanas que no cierran, paredes sucias y sin pintar, decoración caída o desaparecida, montaje de mobiliario mejorable además de su escasa calidad, puertas rotas, ventanas que no han visto una limpieza exterior en toda su existencia, cortinas sucias, etc. Para las zonas comunes aplica el mismo criterio de falta de mantenimiento, además de una barandilla en la escalera que no cumple la altura reglamentaria. Se escucha todo el ruido de las zonas comunes. Las fotos no son reales, por ejemplo: no existe ninguna alfombra y evidentemente están muy retocadas para que no veas los infinitos defectos que hay en la realidad. Juego de toallas sucio (con pelos incluidos). WiFi muy lento. Vajilla y mobiliario muy escaso para 2 personas; aunque es de agradecer que haya lavavajillas y lavadora. Código de acceso es muy difícil de memorizar. Atención al cliente es inexistente: no responden al teléfono y allí no hay nadie.
