Good location, walking distance to great views and shopping centres, good transport.

Rooms not as advertised, small room, no working tv, dirty dishes, bed bugs, no receptionist/host

Location was good

It was a four story climb to our apartment. The walls were thin, we could hear our neighbors through them. The worst was the infestation of bed bugs. Mostly in the sofa bed but also in the other two bedrooms.

The location is great : 15 mins walk to the center, 2 metro stations at under 2 mins walk. But that's all we can praise about this. And that's a lot to pay just to have a good location and zero quality....

Everything else : There's no bathroom, only one transparent shower (that we need to use a towel to create a privacy) with a sink next to one of the bed. The toilet runs out of water from time to time. There's also no real bedroom... everything is just in one room (bedroom, living room, kitchen), and all you can smell everything in the garbage can missing lid. The coffee maker is also missing, even though it's in the description. Also we booked a duplex apartment, but there's no second floor to be seen, but I guess comparing to everything else, that was not so much of a problem to us.

Close to metro and food outlets

Entrance hall was dark, graffitied and cluttered with linen. Difficult to enter a pin when lights in the hallway keep going out. When in the apartment (which was clean), I found it poorly maintained. The dishwasher was being held shut with cardboard, the coffee machine was broken, the toilet cistern was exposed, shelves were open unpainted plaster board, and coat hooks (being the only hanging space for clothes/suits) were not properly screwed into the wall.

Nothing. Pathetic condition of apartments

The services and condition of this apartment were beyond pathetic. From day one, we were off to a terrible start. No bathroom supplies at all—no shampoo, no body wash, nothing! We informed them right away, thinking it was just a mix-up. Guess what? They never solved it, not even by the time we left. It's like they just didn't care. And the coffee machine? Totally useless. It wasn't working at all, which is just the cherry on top of this disaster start. But the worst part is the deception. Don't get fooled by the pictures—they are totally misleading! The apartment looks nothing like those photos. It's in such a bad state that I can't believe they have the nerve to post those pictures. It's a complete bait-and-switch. Honestly, I'm just so frustrated with the pathetic experience. Moreover, on the last day early morning, electricity in the apartment switched off. We had to use mobile torch to get ready for the checkout.
