Die Lage war sehr gut, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum.

Der Geruch nach Schimmel in der Küche. Anscheinend gibt oder gab es einen Wasserschaden weil Wasserflecken im Bad sichtbar sind. Der Boden ist stark abgesunken sodass das Parkett sich voneinander gelöst hat. Die Fensterrahmen wurden wohl noch nie gereinigt. Im Stiegenhaus dürfte das Holz von Schädlingen befallen sein, was kein gutes Gefühl beim Stiegen steigen auslöst.
